AESOP

Aesop wanted to strengthen and increase its brand presence in Malaysia after having established itself here for 14 years. They were looking for increased editorial and on the ground opportunities through key launches, gift sponsorships, amenity partnerships and product seeding with local influencers. The unique business nature of Aesop is that the brand does not advertise and having a niche customer profile made our approach even more targeted and challenging.

Solution:


Our first approach was to identify the key media for Aesop and to leverage on them for continuous visibility opportunities.


As for key partners, we searched for various possible partners and consistently sought for opportunities to support their events or partner with Aesop for its in-store events.


Results:


Consistently secured significant media coverage every month via print and online media.


Our effort was also applauded for having successfully secured one-on-one interviews with The Edge Options, BFM 89.9, Astro Awani and Esquire magazine during CEO Michael O’Keeffe’s visit to Malaysia.
